In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Martin Bolz Software Engineering LLC, which operates Websites in 3 Days (websitesin3days.com), serving small businesses in Sonoma and Marin counties, California.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission so we can respond in context.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information each time a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages viewed. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand roughly how much traffic it receives. It is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and tracking. This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and it does not load third-party analytics or social media trackers. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

Demos. Interactive demonstrations on this site, such as the sample booking system, are for illustration. Anything you type into a demo is not treated as a real inquiry or order.

How we use your information

Service providers we use

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf, and provides security and content delivery. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Google — provides the email account where contact-form messages are received. See Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any project you hire us for, and keep normal business records. Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can email us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
